our expertise at plan west is complete, custom residential design, as well as resort and ranch development. our goal is to design timeless structures that enable our clients to create places of deep satisfaction, ease of use and architectural beauty for themselves and their families for generations to come. we provide services which are personal and responsive to place, quality, and cost.
to do this requires the development of a well understood program, a creative design, a thorough and comprehensive set of construction documents, and a carefully administered construction contract.
as a smaller firm, we look to make between 3 to 5 new custom home client relationships each year. jason grey west – the principal – initiates every design and is supported by an experienced, educated, and well trained staff that specializes in architecture, sustainability technology and specifications. design sketches are accurately translated into technical 2D floor plans and 3D models. dynamic “virtual reality” and "fly thru" modeling is shared and reviewed with clients to provide the most detailed view of what they can expect for their home. construction documents are extraordinarily complete, from footings to furniture.
